Needed my pool vacuumed to waste due to a paver project. Cynthia took my call she quickly understood my situation and got on it so she could help me. In a short time later a tech showed up at my house. Payton is his name. Not only was he professional and a great personality. He was very knowledgeable about my needs. Payton is terrific at his job and truly cares about the customer and the customers satisfaction. Anytime I have a pool need. I will ask for Payton to come over and help me out. Thanks Payton. I have had a pool in SW Florida (Bokeelia) for about 10 years. I have used three different pool services, and Pool Dr. is BY FAR the best. My pool tech, Thomas, does a wonderful job. He contacts me each time he services the pool and keeps me updated.
I struggled for years with algae problems. No service could keep my pool looking clear, until Pool DR. Thomas figured out what the problem was, and since Thomas has been in charge of my pool, it looks great.
I have guests that comment that it looks as clear and clean as a country club pool.
