Wanted to share I was on the verge of dumping Pool Doctor until the last month. Got a new pool cleaner taking care of my pool. He is amazing and after speaking to him he said changes are happening at the office and I can already see a huge difference. Fingers crossed it stays good.

I have had a pool in SW Florida (Bokeelia) for about 10 years. I have used three different pool services, and Pool Dr. is BY FAR the best. My pool tech, Thomas, does a wonderful job. He contacts me each time he services the pool and keeps me updated. I struggled for years with algae problems. No service could keep my pool looking clear, until Pool DR. Thomas figured out what the problem was, and since Thomas has been in charge of my pool, it looks great. I have guests that comment that it looks as clear and clean as a country club pool. The folks at Pool Doctor on Del Prado in Cape Coral are a great team. From the friendly crew at the desk who thoroughly test your water sample to Tony in service who got me set up with an appointment as quickly as possible on a Friday afternoon when my whole chlorine generator and salt system quit running. Best part was a great technician named Kyle who called ahead, showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed every issue there was. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Great experience. I don't review much but when a young man like Kyle shows up and fixes all your pool issues it's a blessing. This is the crew I will call if I ever have another issue. Thank you to everyone there. I appreciate you all.

When my pool pump blew out. I called pool doctor service, Roberta helped me with my issue after a short time texting with pictures I received a quote, texted and i excepted scheduling was a bit off, but not too bad, Roberta took care of the issue and after the two tech people installed the new pump, they gave me an easy rundown on its operations, and I'm very happy, I would recommend Pool Doctor for any of pool service ,

I've just signed on with Pool Doctor and am looking forward to a good relationsihip with them. From my very first telephone inquiry, Richard and Tony answered all my questions and explained the various plans and pricing. I could tell, even over the phone, that this was a professional organization with staff who would address my needs. Tony put me on the schedule and within just a few days Kevin came out and gave my pool a very thorough initial treatment and told me what service I could expect. So far so good, and after a few weeks I plan to update this review with more specific details on the great service, as I have every expectation that Pool Doctor was a good choice for me.

I am a client for the last 10 months, and I am excited and satisfied with the service support and personnel. The staff is very efficient, talented, professional, and courteous. This week, my pool was clean by Summer, Who answered a few questions I had with great detail and explanations that left me very comfortable and quite contented that I am a Pool Doctor client. The few times I called in for repairs. These were responded to very quickly and expeditiously, so I can see from experience that the support services are five stars

I am very please with the quality of the work, and the cost for repairs to our pool. I compared Pool Doctor to three other service companies in the area and they provided the quickest turn-around time, cost and the service was exceptional. We were thrilled with the extra time the service tech "Jim" spent with us explaining how to properly set our pool flow, etc. We have been trying for close to two years to get proper education and Jim is the only technician to do such a thorough job. A young man named Matt in the front store fixed my vacuum in a very timely matter, they were extremely busy at the time but he tore right through it and put it all back together with a few new parts. Very satisfied with the work he did. Definitely will be back if there is any future problems.

I called Pool Dr late Saturday afternoon. Spoke Tony and he said he have someone there early Tuesday. By Tuesday morning Robin the technician was on location, assessed the issue, repaired and was finished in a timely manor. Well run company and diligent technician. Kyle was terrific today. Hurricane ian deposited a roof in my pool, which we fished out, but missed a few nails and screws. Rust spots drove me crazy! Finally asked for a repair job. It was done quickly and efficiently. Kyle was very courteous, too.

Cortny and Richard Richard has been our Pool Tech for a long while and he is awesome! We always enjoy seeing him. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps our pool looking beautiful and ready to enjoy. We met Cortny this afternoon for diagnosis and repair of our pool heater. The control panel is bad on our old Aqua Cal. We discussed a new Gulfstream heater and Cortny told us all the information needed for a quote and installation. The different warranties and size needed for our pool. He is certainly knowledgeable and such a nice friendly person. We are looking forward to having him install our new heater. Ed and Becky HIgbie

Kevin does a very good job with cleaning our pool and pool filter. He is very polite and respectful, explaining things with what he is doing, what it does and why it is needed. I truly enjoy every Thursday morning’s as I know he will be here around 11am. Kevin has a very open mind and is more about doing a great job than he is with just getting the job done so he can move onto the next one. I can’t think of any other great employee attributes for representing your pool maintenance company as Kevin displays them all.
