I've just signed on with Pool Doctor and am looking forward to a good relationsihip with them. From my very first telephone inquiry, Richard and Tony answered all my questions and explained the various plans and pricing. I could tell, even over the phone, that this was a professional organization with staff who would address my needs. Tony put me on the schedule and within just a few days Kevin came out and gave my pool a very thorough initial treatment and told me what service I could expect. So far so good, and after a few weeks I plan to update this review with more specific details on the great service, as I have every expectation that Pool Doctor was a good choice for me.

Update, October 2025:

Well, I've been with Pool Doctor a couple of years now, and the experience has been very good. My regular tech is Justin M., who takes the time each week to explain the condition of the pool water, and what treatments was performing. Justin tells me he enjoys his work and says he's proud to work for Pool Doctor. They have a good training program, and they keep my pool sparkly clean!

Update June 2026:

For the past few months Jonathan has taken over from Justin. I've enjoyed consistently excellent service from both Techs. Both are easy to talk with and pay close attention to the specific needs of our pool.

Our technician, Sean Hill, is professional and helpful while being friendly and courteous. He is a great asset to Pool Doctor and we have enjoyed having him servicing our pool.

Always has a pleasant attitude. We're very happy with the service that we're receiving. Thanks pool doctor.

Josh was amazing! I was in a full panic, where he was calm, as well as patient walking me through what to do until him and his team to get to me. Lifesaver!!

After dealing with AquaCal from St. Petersburg it was time for a change. I called a few local places here in the Cape area and no replies or responses. Finally called Pool Doctor on Del Prado and they sent someone out the next day. Payton the technician kept me in touch about the time he would arrive. He's very professional and courteous, easy to speak with and is very knowledgeable about his trade. He had our heat pump back running smoothly in no time. I was able to watch his great service, he also showed me where the last person working on the heat pump (3) months ago had just cut the wires on one of the tempature sensors. I believe he did this on Aqua-Cal last service call where they only replaced one the sensors and couldn't get to the other one because it was to hard to reach. Then on top of that when I called them back about their warranty on the parts they replaced in March of 2026. The told me the part was only under warranty for 90 days. So after 91 days they can't help me, SMH' Payton worked hard replacing both sensors and had our heat pump back online. I will call Pool Doctor again in the future. Thanks for having great, superb technicians and other employees at Pool Doctor. Also, giving a shout-out to Laura and Steven who I talked on the phone with as well, thank you.

I have been using Pool Doctor for several years at my home in Cape Coral. Recently, I ran into an issue where the pool turned green. I had guests at the house, and it was an urgent manner to get addressed. Steven provided the most utmost customer care. I have not seen this level of caring and concern for a long time. He immediately addressed the problem, and made more than one follow-up visit. Jackie helped as well, and was very pleasant. She stopped by and helped address the problem. I really appreciated this level attention to solve the issue for our guests.

Justin does a very good job with cleaning our pool and pool filter. He is very polite and respectful, explaining things with what he is doing, what it does and why it is needed. I truly enjoy every Thursday morning’s as I know he will be here around 11am. Justin has a very open mind and is more about doing a great job than he is with just getting the job done so he can move onto the next one. I just wanted to share that Josh at Pool Doctor is absolutely amazing. We had outlets pool resurfaced about 2 years ago and it was yellowing and he's been determined to get it white again and it's so much better than it was and now he's determined to get it where it should be. He takes such good care of us and I am so grateful to him and Pool Doctor for have such an incredible employee.

I always get great service at Pool Doctor in Cape Coral. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the young woman who usually helps me (can't recall her name unfortunately) is awesome. She and the rest of the staff help me keep my pool looking great year round!

Cortny and Richard Richard has been our Pool Tech for a long while and he is awesome! We always enjoy seeing him. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps our pool looking beautiful and ready to enjoy. We met Cortny this afternoon for diagnosis and repair of our pool heater. The control panel is bad on our old Aqua Cal. We discussed a new Gulfstream heater and Cortny told us all the information needed for a quote and installation. The different warranties and size needed for our pool. He is certainly knowledgeable and such a nice friendly person. We are looking forward to having him install our new heater. Ed and Becky HIgbie

I have had pool techs for the last 27 years. Louis Santana is THE BEST. He does the greatest job ever. Really cares about my pool. Treats it like his little baby.
