Richard has been our Pool Tech for a long while and he is awesome! We always enjoy seeing him. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps our pool looking beautiful and ready to enjoy.
We met Cortny this afternoon for diagnosis and repair of our pool heater. The control panel is bad on our old Aqua Cal.
We discussed a new Gulfstream heater and Cortny told us all the information needed for a quote and installation. The different warranties and size needed for our pool. He is certainly knowledgeable and such a nice friendly person.
We are looking forward to having him install our new heater.
