Our new tech Zach is doing a FANTASTIC JOB!! Been with Pool doctor for over 7-years. Always do a great job on the weekly cleaning. Zach has been great and the pool actually looks better than it did 7-years ago!
Update: Been dealing with Stephen Smith lately about pool cleaning. He is the best supervisors I have dealt with in now 10-years with the Pool Doctor. He ALWAYS returns my calls immediately and resolves any and all issues I have ever had.

I have been using Pool Doctor for several years at my home in Cape Coral. Recently, I ran into an issue where the pool turned green. I had guests at the house, and it was an urgent manner to get addressed. Steven provided the most utmost customer care. I have not seen this level of caring and concern for a long time. He immediately addressed the problem, and made more than one follow-up visit. Jackie helped as well, and was very pleasant. She stopped by and helped address the problem.
