I have been using Pool Doctor for several years at my home in Cape Coral. Recently, I ran into an issue where the pool turned green. I had guests at the house, and it was an urgent manner to get addressed. Steven provided the most utmost customer care. I have not seen this level of caring and concern for a long time. He immediately addressed the problem, and made more than one follow-up visit. Jackie helped as well, and was very pleasant. She stopped by and helped address the problem. I really appreciated this level attention to solve the issue for our guests.
