I've just signed on with Pool Doctor and am looking forward to a good relationsihip with them. From my very first telephone inquiry, Richard and Tony answered all my questions and explained the various plans and pricing. I could tell, even over the phone, that this was a professional organization with staff who would address my needs. Tony put me on the schedule and within just a few days Kevin came out and gave my pool a very thorough initial treatment and told me what service I could expect. So far so good, and after a few weeks I plan to update this review with more specific details on the great service, as I have every expectation that Pool Doctor was a good choice for me.

Update, October 2025:

Well, I've been with Pool Doctor a couple of years now, and the experience has been very good. My regular tech is Justin M., who takes the time each week to explain the condition of the pool water, and what treatments was performing. Justin tells me he enjoys his work and says he's proud to work for Pool Doctor. They have a good training program, and they keep my pool sparkly clean!

Update June 2026:

For the past few months Jonathan has taken over from Justin. I've enjoyed consistently excellent service from both Techs. Both are easy to talk with and pay close attention to the specific needs of our pool.
